Paraffin wax therapy is effective for arthritis, joint stiffness, muscle tension, dry skin, and improving circulation in hands and feet.
It’s generally safe, but may not be suitable for individuals with open wounds, skin infections, or poor circulation. Ask your therapist first.
A session usually takes 30–40 minutes, including preparation, wax application, relaxation time, and post-treatment massage.
Frequency depends on your condition. For chronic issues, we may recommend 1–2 sessions per week. Your therapist will guide you.
